Sunset Plaza is a spacious, park-like community consisting of more than 5 acres and 164 units. This beautiful gated community includes immaculately maintained grounds and numerous amenities.
Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna
Lounge in the sun or cool off in Sunset Plaza's beautiful outdoor pool. Muscles aching? Then spend a few minutes in the sauna or ease into the hot tub.
These amenities are fully maintained by the Association and are available to residents and their guests as a part of the Association dues.
Tennis Court & More
In addition to the beautiful park, walking and picnic areas, Sunset Plaza also has a full-sized tennis court.
And if you need a place for the dog to hang out while you are playing tennis or lounging at the pool, there is an enclosed Pet Area where dogs can safely run off leash.
Recreational Building
Having a party? Want to watch the big game on the big screen? Sunset Plaza has a Social Room, complete with a kitchen and big screen TV, that residents can reserve.

Exercise Room
Sunset Plaza has its own exercise room, available to residents when the Rec Center is open. Want to work out early in the morning, before the Rec Center opens? With a special deposit, residents can get a key that gives them access to the Exercise Room outside of normal Rec Center hours.
We now have a Bowflex Extreme 2, a new treadmill, a new eliptical machine and a new recumbant bike (donated).
